The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Peletier made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Frank Peletier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Agustin Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 6th minute of the match. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Agustin Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban Ferman in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maxime Durand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Polo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agustin Polo saved Velez from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Peletier in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Polo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute, Frank Peletier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agustin Polo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 28 minutes into the game, Esteban Ferman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Velez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave France the free kick. Esteban Ferman hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Camille Baume's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Polo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Frank Peletier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. France's Henry Robiquet quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Federico Dacio, made in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 38th minute of play forced Velez's goalkeeper Agustin Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Polo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Camille Baume took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Polo. Agustin Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Esteban Ferman was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Esteban Ferman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Frank Peletier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Camille Baume cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Agustin Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Sebastián Torres to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Velez defense, Camille Baume kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Polo. The Velez fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Polo should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Sebastián Torres came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Velez's Agustin Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Barbier in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Robert Chapuis managed to get in a good position for a shot. France's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Chapuis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Polo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agustin Polo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Juan-Sebastián Torres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Velez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Frank Peletier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Agustin Polo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Velez's Agustin Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 78th minute of play. Agustin Polo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Chapuis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 79 minute of play. Agustin Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Frank Peletier scored 1-10 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Polo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 87 in the game by Frank Peletier from a close distance when the talented Agustin Polo managed to make a qualified save. Velez's players were relieved. Velez's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Remy Dupuy scored to the left of an out of position Agustin Polo, making the score, 1-11. 95 minutes into the game, Velez's Juan-Sebastián Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-11.
