After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antoni Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 11th minute of the match. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Antoni Beninda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Vanderstraeten to make the kick off. With a little luck, Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yves Dervaux got free with Antoni Beninda in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Pereira in the 61st minute of play. Casper Claes came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Zumbi's Arnaldo Naldo. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Naldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vila Zumbi made a substitution. Oséias Quirino replaced Gildo Seco. 69 minutes into the game, Laurens Vandamme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgium's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Zumbi the free kick. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Laurens Vandamme hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Naldo came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Belgium booed when Vila Zumbi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golo Cabezudo in the 76th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Cabezudo in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Naldo in the 81st minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Beninda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Cabezudo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Carlos Fernando Schmidt hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 91st match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lenny Clocheret to maneuver through the defense. Yves Dervaux kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
