Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) France's Frank Peletier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes, France's David Barbier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicholas Latifi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in France reached it. In the 9th minute of the game Christiano Mangueira made a throw-in which Paulo Cruz played forward. Nicholas Latifi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Douglas Basso managed to get in a good position for a shot. SANTOS F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Basso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Douglas Basso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Frank Peletier. In the 23rd minute Douglas Basso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30th play minutes Manfredo Bueno shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Maxime Durand and just under the crossbar into goal. 34 minutes into the match, Manfredo Bueno notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36thth minute of the game Manfredo Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Douglas Basso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, David Barbier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 41st minute of play forced SANTOS F.C's goalkeeper Nicholas Latifi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Bueno in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Nicholas Latifi in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manfredo Bueno made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Simão Sanches was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SANTOS F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave France the free kick. Simão Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 63rd minute of play forced SANTOS F.C's goalkeeper Nicholas Latifi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Nicholas Latifi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camille Baume spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of SANTOS F.C's goal. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Manfredo Bueno sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. Manfredo Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. The SANTOS F.C fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when SANTOS F.C's Manfredo Bueno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Christiano Mangueira made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by France's Camille Baume. A collision led to SANTOS F.C getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Paulo Cruz hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Camille Baume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Latifi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
