In the 3rd match minute, Colombo A.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrien Caillol to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Pimentel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ali Nejat Özertem made a huge save. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 6th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Ricardinho Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardinho Dantas scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 26th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Colombo A.C.'s corner Adrien Caillol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Amorim quite easily take care of the ball. Ricardinho Dantas took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 38th minute, Geovanni Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Nejat Özertem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ali Nejat Özertem made a huge save.

A collision led to Colombo A.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Aitor Cintron hit a great ball. Ali Nejat Özertem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Felipe Barreto made a precise shot to the right of Ali Nejat Özertem. Colombo A.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Colombo A.C. made a substitution. Edu Correia replaced Julian Tomporowski. Colombo A.C. made a substitution. Ricardinho Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Nejat Özertem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipinho Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Felipinho Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Ali Nejat Özertem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ali Nejat Özertem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Nejat Özertem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipinho Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 96th minute of play. Portugal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
