Oxarra Bernaldo in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fodor Daniel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aires Cendegui was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Antal Valentin in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aires Cendegui, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner ended in Oxarra Bernaldo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. After 79 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oxarra Bernaldo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led C. D. Guayaquil's Oxarra Bernaldo to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. 87 minutes in the game, Antal Valentin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oxarra Bernaldo in the 89th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, C. D. Guayaquil's Perrando Urive nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in 94 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot.
