Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oxarra Bernaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Oxarra Bernaldo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-1 via right post in the game's 36th minute. C. D. Guayaquil's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 39thth minute of the game Antal Valentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. D. Guayaquil's Aires Cendegui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Aires Cendegui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Aires Cendegui managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guayaquil's goalkeeper Aires Cendegui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. 79 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Oxarra Bernaldo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aires Cendegui was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Antal Valentin in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
