Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Keenan Blake started the match with the kick off. Hilario Carro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 6th minute of the match. Germany were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Lake Junaluska FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Frank Sachs got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hilario Carro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Jonathon Frost got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Carro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lake Junaluska FC's goalie and right to Janik Vogt. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lake Junaluska FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Carro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lake Junaluska FC's Darron Messer got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Lake Junaluska FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Hilario Carro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Irvin scored 2-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 42 minutes into the match, Germany's Albin Holweck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Carro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keenan Blake in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lake Junaluska FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Pollard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Darron Messer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keenan Blake in the 91st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jonathon Frost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keenan Blake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lake Junaluska FC had won after a very even match.
