Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by MKS Przasnysz's Bernard Iwaszko. But to his dismay, Bernard Iwaszko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lertxun Angostina's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lertxun Angostina helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of MKS Przasnysz:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Netherlands:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 37th minute of play forced MKS Przasnysz's goalkeeper Zygmunt Kasperowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Caetano Leitão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Leitão in the 41st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wim Wilmes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zygmunt Kasperowicz having to make a save. The supporters of MKS Przasnysz booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gust Ennemans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Leitão in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caetano Leitão to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, MKS Przasnysz's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Zygmunt Kasperowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 姜奕鹏 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. A collision led to MKS Przasnysz getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Arkadiusz Skrzypek hit a great ball. Zygmunt Kasperowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Zygmunt Kasperowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 74th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Iwaszko, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Kazimierz Makarewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Eikelkamp couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kazimierz Makarewicz. In the 97th minute of the match MKS Przasnysz got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lertxun Angostina ran over to the corner to take the kick. Netherlands's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
