GREEK ARMY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grigoris Karagiotakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Lukasik came free, but Aggelos Fytanidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GREEK ARMY's Aggelos Fytanidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Lukasik in the 23rd minute of play. Izydor Hludzenski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Aggelos Fytanidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Astral's Izydor Hludzenski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aggelos Fytanidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Grigoris Karagiotakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Slawomir Cholewa having to make a save. After 32 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Elssen. In the 33rd minute of the match Edmund Rzeszutko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aggelos Fytanidis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aggelos Fytanidis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Astral's Bogumil Gregorczyk shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Bogumil Gregorczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Aggelos Fytanidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Bogumil Gregorczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Fytanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Astral were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, GREEK ARMY's Vlassis Mellios got a free kick in the 80th minute. Milosz Lichniak got in the 80th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Aggelos Fytanidis. This was a shot which ended in a score of 0-4. Ksawery Gall kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Zdzislaw Pankiewicz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Bogumil Gregorczyk scored 0-5 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aggelos Fytanidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
