With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moritz Christe in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marek Szostak saved AIF from getting behind. Marek Szostak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hardi Tornau in the 14th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, AIF's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Christe came free, but Marek Szostak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goal looked a bit too open when 汪希瑜 came free, but Ercole Armellini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Moritz Christe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Marek Szostak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Carl Kröger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Szostak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Academica Pulheim got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Wickede. In the 35thth minute of the game Moritz Christe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Marek Szostak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moritz Christe in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marek Szostak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A beautiful save bye AIF's goalie prevented a goal. Marek Szostak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Kröger, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th match minute, AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christer Strömbom to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Pinkus Mack had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marek Szostak. AIF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pinkus Mack was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Academica Pulheim made a substitution. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Collin to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Carsten Boy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Christer Strömbom hit a great ball. Marek Szostak came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Academica Pulheim's Carl Kröger. But to his dismay, Carl Kröger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Marek Szostak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Schulitz in the 98th minute of the match. Academica Pulheim played a much better game than AIF and deserved their victory. The AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
