After some careless play in the LRCA Office Club defense, Maxime Vrints kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurício Linhares. The LRCA Office Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurício Linhares should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Maxime Vrints put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maurício Linhares. After 16 minutes, Romeo Giermann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academica Pulheim and the LRCA Office Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after LRCA Office Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amadeus Segebrecht took the corner. The corner ended in Amadeus Segebrecht almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LRCA Office Club's Maurício Linhares did a great save. Academica Pulheim's Tadeusz Marosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juninho Rosa in the 20th minute of play. Maurício Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxime Vrints, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurício Linhares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxime Vrints's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Maxime Vrints sped through LRCA Office Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurício Linhares. The crowd rose to their feet as Amadeus Segebrecht kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maurício Linhares. That made the score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by LRCA Office Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amadeus Segebrecht was slow to take the kick. During this time Academica Pulheim's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Amadeus Segebrecht almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LRCA Office Club's Maurício Linhares did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxime Vrints in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurício Linhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Maxime Vrints put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maurício Linhares. Amadeus Segebrecht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Maurício Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeus Segebrecht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Linhares having to interfere. If Maxime Vrints had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, LRCA Office Club's goalkeeper Maurício Linhares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeus Segebrecht. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Maurício Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Kröger in the 58th minute of the match. Maurício Linhares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After a rather tough play, Academica Pulheim's Carl Kröger got a free kick in the 74th minute. Maurício Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Krumrei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carl Kröger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juninho Rosa hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, LRCA Office Club's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Krumrei came free, but Maurício Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurício Linhares came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Academica Pulheim's Max Kindl. But to his dismay, Max Kindl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 88 minutes into the game, Carl Kröger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Maurício Linhares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Romeo Giermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Luka Krumrei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurício Linhares. LRCA Office Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luka Krumrei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luka Krumrei in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurício Linhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Academica Pulheim walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
