Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got the match started through his kick off. Méndez Marfa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Eikelkamp in the 12th minute of play forced Lealtad Futbol Club's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Remigiusz Pieknik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Méndez Marfa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Méndez Marfa. After 23 played minutes Lealtad Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Liu Chuan Cheng. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Méndez Marfa having to interfere. Méndez Marfa came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigiusz Pieknik's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Méndez Marfa having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gust Ennemans to maneuver through the defense. Lealtad Futbol Club made a substitution. Marcellus Spencer replaced Remigiusz Pieknik. In the 71st minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Méndez Marfa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 81st minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 85th minute, Marcellus Spencer made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 91st minute of play forced Lealtad Futbol Club's goalkeeper Méndez Marfa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcellus Spencer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Netherlands played a much better game than Lealtad Futbol Club and deserved their victory. The Lealtad Futbol Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
