Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) France's Frank Peletier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Cometuétano got a corner. France's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antoni Paris ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, France's Remy Dupuy got a free kick in the 6th minute. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Olmos in the 7th minute of play. If Zigor Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belarmo Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 10th minute of play. Antoni Paris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Frank Peletier. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Zigor Barroso put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Robert Chapuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belarmo Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zigor Barroso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Zigor Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antoni Paris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxime Durand having to interfere. David Barbier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Belarmo Sánchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zigor Barroso was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Remy Dupuy hit a great ball. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Paris, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Cometuétano's Belarmo Sánchez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Cometuétano from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the France defense, Antoni Paris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. David Barbier hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Paris, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 62 played minutes Cometuétano got a freekick which was hit by Vidal Vilanova. Cometuétano's Kepa Portillo was substituted for Alejandro Sevilla. In the 63rd minute, Vidal Vilanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Camille Baume got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Camille Baume came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camille Baume couldn't finish the play. Cometuétano's Belarmo Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 71st minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Camille Baume cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Belarmo Sánchez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zigor Barroso in the 77th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cometuétano's Kepa Portillo got a free kick in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoni Paris in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Antoni Paris put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. Belarmo Sánchez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Peletier in the 86th minute. Belarmo Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Cometuétano's Belarmo Sánchez got control of the ball when Camille Baume tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zigor Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cometuétano's Belarmo Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 95th minute of play. The Cometuétano support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
