Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Gianpaolo Mascari to score against Andrea Moschetta in Seggiano's goal. 0-2 after 10 minutes. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniele Massaro in the 12th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Daniele Massaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Flavio Vittori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniele Massaro in the 17th minute of the match. In the last second Flavio Vittori throw himself and got hold of the ball when Daniele Massaro in the 17thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 22 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele Massaro came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cristoforo Leoni, made in the 24th minute of the game. Alessio Nola hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Siricio Liotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Moschetta having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Zaccheo Andolina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andrea Moschetta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrea Moschetta. The Seggiano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 0-5.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. Porziano Marchitelli hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute of the match Alessio Nola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Vittori skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Siricio Liotta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Moschetta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godo Møltoft in the 59th minute of play. Andrea Moschetta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. The throw-in from Cristoforo Leoni in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Adriano Curto. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Cristoforo Leoni made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. Seggiano's Andrea Moschetta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siricio Liotta in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Massaro in the 92nd minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Italy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
