Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Lennart Härm succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. Waclaw Zajonc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Lennart Härm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Lennart Härm sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. 14 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc. Waclaw Zajonc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waclaw Zajonc was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carloforte f.c.'s goalkeeper Waclaw Zajonc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Härm, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Dave Pozzoli struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carloforte f.c.. After having played for 33 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Carloforte f.c.'s Radoslaw Sroka got a free kick in the 34th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lennart Härm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Carloforte f.c. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Arrigo Guidoni hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Radoslaw Sroka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lennart Härm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Dave Pozzoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carloforte f.c.'s Elia Ritacco was substituted for Ettore Brunetta. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. After 81 minutes, Lennart Härm made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carloforte f.c.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. Willy Stieler made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Carloforte f.c.'s Waclaw Zajonc managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Lennart Härm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carloforte f.c.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Härm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 minutes, Adrian Dreifuss mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Carloforte f.c. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 89th minute. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Waclaw Zajonc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carloforte f.c. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
