Bluehills Rovers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave England the free kick. After 13 played minutes Bluehills Rovers got a freekick which was hit by Peter Skog. After 14 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Willis. Micah Macdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Kristian Odén made a huge save. Kristian Odén was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Micah Macdonald showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 18 minute of play. Kristian Odén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kyle Cox got free with Kristian Odén in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Lars Jansson notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of England's Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Jansson in the 35th minute of play. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Biörnberg in the 43rd minute of play. Kristian Odén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Micah Macdonald in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kyle Cox to make the kick off. Issac Dawson might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Odén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Issac Dawson ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kyle Cox came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Micah Macdonald hit a great ball. Khalid Kennedy came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bluehills Rovers's Martin Zachrisson. But to his dismay, Martin Zachrisson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. After a rather tough play, Bluehills Rovers's Putte Gullesson got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute, Micah Macdonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Biörnberg got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Skog kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Kyle Cox ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Odén was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 81st match minute, Bluehills Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Strömberg to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bluehills Rovers's zone, Micah Macdonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Odén came out of the goal and Micah Macdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristian Odén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah Macdonald in the 85th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 4-5 when Kyle Cox sped through Bluehills Rovers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kristian Odén. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Xavier Gallagher managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavier Gallagher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Odén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Jansson in the 94th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bluehills Rovers were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over England's much stronger midfield.
