When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hegedus Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Tord Fors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tord Fors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 15th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tord Fors was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tord Fors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Katona Janos in the 19th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens Björling went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the match, Smurfarna's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Tord Fors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tord Gustafsson in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Smurfarna's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tord Fors came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Elliott Dalman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Tord Fors. Smurfarna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Björling came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Smurfarna's Elliott Dalman got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Takacs Tibor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Tord Fors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 62nd minute of the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Björling in the 63rd minute of play. After having played for 67 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tord Fors made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Balazs Lajos kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Smurfarna got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Prima. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Tord Fors made a huge save. The Smurfarna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
