Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Dubilas came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dariusz Kaszubik came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the PTC Pabianice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dariusz Kaszubik couldn't finish the play. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borys Wolnik having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladyslaw Basinski in the 12th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PTC Pabianice's Borys Wolnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute PTC Pabianice were awarded a corner. Zula Plaski went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Tobiasz Rosiewicz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The PTC Pabianice fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when PTC Pabianice's Dariusz Kaszubik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Borys Wolnik managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Borys Wolnik made a huge save. After 30 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. Iwan Dubilas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, PTC Pabianice's Zula Plaski got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Kaszubik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wladyslaw Basinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Ziemowit Kiewra fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PTC Pabianice's protests and gave Ziemowit Kiewra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Ziemowit Kiewra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dariusz Kaszubik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. If Dariusz Kaszubik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Wolnik saved PTC Pabianice from getting behind. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dariusz Kaszubik in the 73rd minute. In the 81st minute, Zula Plaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Janik Vogt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Dariusz Kaszubik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 0-2. The PTC Pabianice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PTC Pabianice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
