In the 2nd minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llorenc Silvestre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Llorenc Silvestre successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 5 minutes into the game, Quinito Rosas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Casper Claes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Gacek in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute, Quinito Rosas made a precise shot to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 14th minute, Jago Vives hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Llorenc Silvestre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Llorenc Silvestre made a huge save. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Belgium booed when East Telde United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Belgium's protests and gave Edward Vanderstraeten a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piotr Gacek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Llorenc Silvestre saved East Telde United from getting behind. East Telde United's Llorenc Silvestre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, East Telde United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Pedriza to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind East Telde United's goalkeeper Llorenc Silvestre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 70th minute of play forced East Telde United's goalkeeper Llorenc Silvestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Clocheret. The crowd rose to their feet as Piotr Gacek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Casper Claes. That made the score 1-3 in the 73 minute of play. In the 77th minute of the match, Quinito Rosas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casper Claes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Gacek in the 79th minute of the match. Edward Vanderstraeten struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Llorenc Silvestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgium. In the 84th minute, Quinito Rosas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Casper Claes. The goal made the score 1-4. Llorenc Silvestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 86th minute of play. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quinito Rosas in the 88th minute of play. East Telde United were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquin Flores took the corner. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind East Telde United's goalkeeper Llorenc Silvestre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. East Telde United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
