Shaun McLae took the corner. 7 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Freddy Tilens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KFC Paal-Tervant were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shaun McLae took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Yücel Yamaç to score against Fodor Daniel in Hungary's goal. 1-0 after 9 minutes. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. Freddy Tilens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaun McLae to maneuver through the defense. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Yücel Yamaç managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters rose to their feet, but Yücel Yamaç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Verschelde struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Paal-Tervant. 30 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Tilens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Freddy Tilens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. KFC Paal-Tervant's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KFC Paal-Tervant's goalie and right to Katona Janos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by KFC Paal-Tervant's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Takacs Tibor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens did a great save. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shaun McLae's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Tilens having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Freddy Tilens in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the match, Shaun McLae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shaun McLae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Jose Verschelde came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Verschelde couldn't finish the play. Shaun McLae struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC Paal-Tervant. In the 68th minute, Hegedus Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 played minutes, KFC Paal-Tervant's Shaun McLae shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fodor Daniel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Paal-Tervant reached it. 77 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Davus came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When KFC Paal-Tervant's Axel Davus in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Shaun McLae came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Axel Davus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Freddy Tilens made a huge save.
