Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edward Vanderstraeten made the kick off and thus started the match. After some careless play in the FC Luck defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roch Cieslak. The FC Luck fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roch Cieslak should have stopped the shot. Casper Claes made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Narcis Voinescu sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sever Patriciu in the 11th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Roch Cieslak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. David Chiru hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Luck's Vasile Târcă got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roch Cieslak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Belgium reached it. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Patriciu in the 17th minute of the match. Roch Cieslak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Dervaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Lenny Clocheret got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sever Patriciu in the 26th minute of play. The throw-in from Floris Claeys in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Luck's David Chiru. Roch Cieslak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Roch Cieslak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sever Patriciu was the one to do the kick off. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narcis Voinescu's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roch Cieslak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Floris Claeys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Belgium defense, Sever Patriciu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Claes. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Claes should have stopped the shot. Roch Cieslak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes FC Luck got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Logofătu. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Voinescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Luck getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Emilijano Kozapalidis hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC Luck's Roch Cieslak got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 83rd play minutes Narcis Voinescu shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Casper Claes and just under the crossbar into goal. 88 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Cieslak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Floris Claeys. Sever Patriciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Casper Claes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Belgium players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
