Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) U 1974's Eneto Vidal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Eneto Vidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eneto Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Eneto Vidal might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Khalid Kennedy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eneto Vidal ran back to his position shaking his head. Dumitru Oardă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dumitru Oardă. England's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Micah Macdonald in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Micah Macdonald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dumitru Oardă was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After 34 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Cooper Thompson. After having played for 36 minutes, Kyle Cox managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kyle Cox was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Oardă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Robert Andriescu sent off a good shot on target. The U 1974 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Cox made a kick off. If Micah Macdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 55th minute, Dacian Neacșu made a precise shot to the right of Khalid Kennedy. England's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eneto Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of England booed when U 1974 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Caraiman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 62nd minute of play forced U 1974's goalkeeper Dumitru Oardă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Balint in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th match minute, U 1974 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Neacșu to maneuver through the defense. When Seth Young fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored England's protests and gave Seth Young a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of U 1974 booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seth Young didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Eneto Vidal came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Kyle Cox fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 83rd minute Octavian Hârtopanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Micah Macdonald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Dumitru Oardă made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Micah Macdonald got free with Dumitru Oardă in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the England players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for U 1974.
