Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Prata started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alban Bolesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alban Bolesta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 6th minute, Rupert Rose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alban Bolesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Hamburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Holletschek didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Takacs Tibor came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Takacs Tibor couldn't finish the play. Jan Apostel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Hungary's Major Barna in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hamburg's goalie prevented a goal. If Jan Apostel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Apostel, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Hamburg's goalkeeper Alban Bolesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Hamburg defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alban Bolesta. The FC Hamburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alban Bolesta should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Jan Apostel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Apostel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. The audience held their breath when Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Alban Bolesta's left hand side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alban Bolesta. That made the score 1-3 after 53 minutes of play. FC Hamburg's Alban Bolesta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 55th minute of play. Alban Bolesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, FC Hamburg's Jan Apostel made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jan Apostel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Apostel in the 66th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Hamburg's Alban Bolesta got control of the ball when Takacs Tibor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Apostel took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Darius Minge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hendrik Holletschek hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. FC Hamburg's Alban Bolesta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hamburg from getting a goal against them. Alban Bolesta came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 80th minute of play forced FC Hamburg's goalkeeper Alban Bolesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Hamburg's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alban Bolesta came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Alban Bolesta in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Hamburg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Apostel in the 96th minute of play.
