Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Spain's Omar Toledo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. MARTINETA's Bartolo Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Toledo in the 5th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MARTINETA's Carlos Cesaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Ascaso. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Carlos Cesaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 20th minute of the match, Rafal Kaszubowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gabriel Ascaso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lv Qiang Xiao made a great header on MARTINETA's corner, it was just that Spain's Gabriel Ascaso managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Cesaro in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Ascaso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Lv Qiang Xiao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Cesaro in the 41st minute of the match. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 56th minute Spain were awarded a corner. Omar Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Spain's Omar Toledo to fire away a dangerous shot which Bartolo Beliran despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Vicente Merino, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 56 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bartolo Beliran was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Rafal Kaszubowski came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the MARTINETA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafal Kaszubowski couldn't finish the play. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lv Qiang Xiao in the 72nd minute of the match.
