Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 4th minute of play. CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Tulio Andinyach fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Municipal's protests and gave Tulio Andinyach a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Enrique Cassaretto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Kahn. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 22nd minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany. The goalkeeper, Tommy Kahn, was totally fooled by CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Enrique Cassaretto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Municipal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Cassaretto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute Enrique Cassaretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Cassaretto got free with Tommy Kahn in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 53rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Enrique Cassaretto made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. CD Municipal made a substitution. Oalo Dean replaced Zlatan Molina. CD Municipal were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martino Armona took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Germany's goalie and right to Federico Puja. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Germany's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 64 minutes into the match, Ryota Miyagi notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute, Ryota Miyagi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Municipal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After 79 minutes of play, CD Municipal's Oalo Dean made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oalo Dean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryota Miyagi scored 7-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Ryota Miyagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oalo Dean in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Ryota Miyagi notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oalo Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Municipal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
