BRC WeeD Dogs's Henry Van Herendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, BRC WeeD Dogs's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Henry Van Herendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henry Van Herendael having to make a save. João Augusto Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Van Herendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of play. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Henry Van Herendael despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. João Augusto Rocha was slow to take the kick. During this time BRC WeeD Dogs's players had a chance to rest. 45 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sidney Pimenta. 46 minutes into the game, BRC WeeD Dogs's Bebeto Jacinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 57th match minute, BRC WeeD Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kees Kluivert to maneuver through the defense. BRC WeeD Dogs's Henry Van Herendael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save BRC WeeD Dogs from getting a goal against them. Henry Van Herendael was a little too slow when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-4. After 61 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. BRC WeeD Dogs's Henry Van Herendael tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76thth minute of the game Sidney Pimenta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th match minute, BRC WeeD Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firmín Tous to maneuver through the defense. Sidney Pimenta scored 3-5 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Augusto Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The BRC WeeD Dogs fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
