Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodney Urbina kicked off to start the match. Rodney Urbina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Truman Cooley came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by France's Robert Chapuis. But to his dismay, Robert Chapuis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bryce Ulrich's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bryce Ulrich helped the player get up and apologised. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Peletier in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Truman Cooley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Bryce Ulrich kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Rodney Urbina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Truman Cooley didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when France's Frank Peletier shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Truman Cooley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Barbier hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Cristobal Fox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 46th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Truman Cooley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Chapuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Truman Cooley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The C. A. Independiente players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. France were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. Alexis Bruneau hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Hayden Winslow hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, France's David Barbier tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. France's Camille Baume got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 59th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Truman Cooley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. France's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by David Barbier in the 60th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of C. A. Independiente's goalie and right to Jean Bombelles. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. C. A. Independiente's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 63rd minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Truman Cooley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Cooley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 65th minute of the match. Cristobal Fox hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Cooley having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxence Durand to maneuver through the defense. Truman Cooley was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Frank Peletier capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frank Peletier really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Truman Cooley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 88th minute of the match. Truman Cooley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 90th minute of play. The throw-in from Mel Tompkins in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by France's Remy Dupuy. When the match was over France could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C. A. Independiente throughout the match.
