An unexpectedly hard shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 24th minute of play forced Underdogs's goalkeeper Brak Gola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apostolis Arvanitoyannis in the 25th minute of play. Underdogs's Brak Gola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 28th minute of play. Brak Gola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 29th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Costica Vladimiri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Brak Gola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when Rasvan Cristescu came free, but Brak Gola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Romania's Adam Olaru to fire away a dangerous shot which Brak Gola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Serban in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brak Gola saved Underdogs from getting behind. Andrzej Budzyn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Serban in the 42nd minute of play forced Underdogs's goalkeeper Brak Gola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Costica Vladimiri managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apostolis Arvanitoyannis in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carol Stinga saved Romania from getting behind. Walery Marud hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Costica Vladimiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Romania were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Budzyn was the one to do the kick off. Alex Serban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brak Gola having to interfere. Brak Gola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costica Vladimiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brak Gola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 55th minute of the match. Romania's Costica Vladimiri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 66th minute, Anton Stinga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Underdogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brak Gola should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Stinga came free, but Brak Gola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apostolis Arvanitoyannis might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carol Stinga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apostolis Arvanitoyannis ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 84 in the game by Octavian Vaduva from a close distance when the talented Brak Gola managed to make a qualified save. Underdogs's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Mentus in the 88th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brak Gola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Stinga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Underdogs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sanda Cutov was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Sanda Cutov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brak Gola quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
