Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The ≮王者归来≯Island Sunrise players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Cox was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Issac Dawson got free with Ernani Oliveira in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernani Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Micah Macdonald sent off a good shot on target. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borut Špiček, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Borut Špiček came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
