Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Radomil Weyna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Lampa, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 7th minute of play. Maksymilian Michalski hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radomil Weyna saved MKS Bełchatów from getting behind. Radomil Weyna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 16th minute of play. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wim Wilmes struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Radomil Weyna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes MKS Bełchatów got a freekick which was hit by Marian Dropinski. Radomil Weyna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 36th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Weyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by MKS Bełchatów's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Radomil Weyna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Soberano, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Radomil Weyna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Radomil Weyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marian Dropinski made the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Dropinski in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Dropinski came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radomil Weyna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 57th minute. With his leg Radomil Weyna managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 60th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MKS Bełchatów's goalie and right to Egbert Nijveldt. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. MKS Bełchatów's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 64 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna. Radomil Weyna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radomil Weyna. That made the score 0-2 after 73 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in MKS Bełchatów's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomil Weyna came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Lars Meesters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Meesters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MKS Bełchatów made a substitution. Ludomir Grucza replaced Sylwester Lampa. In the 87th match minute, MKS Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogon Sitepu to maneuver through the defense. Radomil Weyna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 88th minute. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after MKS Bełchatów's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna did a great save. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Dumont, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
