Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petter Skarkman took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petter Skarkman got free with Tunaydin Aga in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingemar Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ogut Ozturk in the 10th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Ogut Ozturk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ingemar Åberg. Protegéerna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ogut Ozturk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ogut Ozturk made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Protegéerna's Cosme Demesio. 23 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Doruk Kashani came free, but Ingemar Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doruk Kashani in the 24th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Ingemar Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Doruk Kashani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ingemar Åberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dundar Oktem made in the 29th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tosunbey Gulpinar however managed to control. After 33 played minutes Turkey got a freekick which was hit by Davut Uyanik. Petter Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Turkey's Tunaydin Aga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Turkey from getting a goal against them. Ingemar Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cengiz Aksoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Cengiz Aksoy made a precise shot to the right of Ingemar Åberg. Protegéerna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doruk Kashani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Davut Uyanik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 54 minutes, Cengiz Aksoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turkey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cengiz Aksoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingemar Åberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Taner Baykal went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Davut Uyanik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ingemar Åberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Davut Uyanik slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 61st minute. Protegéerna made a substitution. Christer Nyberg replaced Guido Python. Protegéerna made a substitution. Jonny Ånger replaced Yasen Súlov. Ingemar Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doruk Kashani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingemar Åberg was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Doruk Kashani capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Doruk Kashani really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Hizir Tezcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ingemar Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Turkey's Gunduzhan Ayik made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingemar Åberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tunaydin Aga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Turkey played a much better game than Protegéerna and deserved their victory. The Protegéerna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
