Roch Psotka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wladyslaw Lampe hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Malte Schiele's late challenge caught a RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Schiele helped the player get up and apologised. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Fryderyk Franzik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fryderyk Franzik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Roch Psotka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Daniel Murdza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Murdza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After 44 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roch Psotka was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fryderyk Franzik to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Wladyslaw Lampe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Psotka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roch Psotka. The goal made the score 1-3. After 73 played minutes RW AHLEN-KNURÓW got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Bartoszek. In the 74th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roch Psotka saved RW AHLEN-KNURÓW from getting behind. With his leg Roch Psotka managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Germany's Frank Sachs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 78th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Psotka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes, Wladyslaw Lampe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RW AHLEN-KNURÓW and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Wladyslaw Lampe got a free kick in the 81st minute. RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's Roch Psotka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save RW AHLEN-KNURÓW from getting a goal against them. Chris Mergenthaler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roch Psotka having to make a save. In the 92nd match minute, RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Lampe to maneuver through the defense. Germany's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
