Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flávio de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A well-hit corner resulted in Takacs Tibor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Flávio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hungary booed when Landulfos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre. Flávio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrão Pereira came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 23rd minute of play. Landulfos FC's Flávio de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Flávio de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. In the 32nd minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flávio de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flávio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flávio de Azevedo having to interfere. Flávio de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Andrea Napoleone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balazs Lajos scored 0-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flávio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Landulfos FC's Célio Marques was substituted for Délio Adam. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Landulfos FC's Flávio de Azevedo got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Flávio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 94th playminute. The Landulfos FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
