Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zhu Bin Kun got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute Frank Sachs suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 8 minutes, Omar Katia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Mandiyu and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Katia to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrich Stein in the 10th minute of the match. When Willy Stieler fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Willy Stieler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Zhu Bin Kun sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhu Bin Kun in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 20 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pipis Vattimos who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Mandiyu's corner Pipis Vattimos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhu Bin Kun in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Zhu Bin Kun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zhu Bin Kun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zhu Bin Kun in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Bin Kun in the 34th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Zhu Bin Kun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Mandiyu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhu Bin Kun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zhu Bin Kun struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Mandiyu. Enzo Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Eulalio Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Rothberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Eulalio Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Zhu Bin Kun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 56th minute, Willy Stieler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Pipis Vattimos hit a great ball. Eulalio Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolf Rothberg's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Willy Stieler with Linus Schwerner as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Germany's Rolf Rothberg got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Zhu Bin Kun put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro was substituted for Zhu Bin Kun. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Atilano Urtats hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Roberto Cherro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Madureira's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Cherro in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. In the 87th minute Orlando Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Roberto Cherro put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. 92 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mandiyu's Roberto Cherro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 95 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
