Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gilmar Moraes started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Jaen Onez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eskarlatas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. 6 minutes into the match, Eskarlatas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Maurer came free, but Gonzo Valer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eskarlatas FC's Saul Llorden got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gonzo Valer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Switzerland reached it. The supporters of Eskarlatas FC booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuele Kunz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Satordi Iturbide, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gonzo Valer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer in the 27th minute of play. Zilar Dozal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuele Kunz in the 35th minute of play forced Eskarlatas FC's goalkeeper Gonzo Valer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzo Valer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Eskarlatas FC's Gonzo Valer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuele Kunz in the 39th minute of play. Gonzo Valer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuele Kunz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Maurer struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Gonzo Valer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Switzerland. After 41 minutes of play, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzo Valer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Zilar Dozal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Moraes in the 58th minute of play. Jacinto Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuele Kunz in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonzo Valer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rodrigo von Känel hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Satordi Iturbide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 67 played minutes Eskarlatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Llorden. Samuele Kunz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzo Valer having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Rodrigo von Känel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Switzerland booed when Eskarlatas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manni Prego didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gilmar Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Eskarlatas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilmar Moraes couldn't finish the play.
