Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ren Xi Chen in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Ozanköy u21's Resulhan Lemi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 9 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ozanköy u21 the free kick. The supporters of Ozanköy u21 booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ren Xi Chen took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. In the 19th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seyhan Atlıhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ren Xi Chen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ren Xi Chen in the 31st minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Ozanköy u21's Vincent Abubakar made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ren Xi Chen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Ozanköy u21's Ren Xi Chen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Ozanköy u21's Vincent Abubakar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Abubakar came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ren Xi Chen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Ozanköy u21's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anders Eriksson in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Ren Xi Chen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. If Vincent Abubakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ren Xi Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Germany's Frank Sachs got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
