Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aaron Kvist kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Nalder in the 4th minute of play forced Leeds United FC's goalkeeper Elliott Levander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Kvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Auer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Kvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Elliott Levander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marvin Harrer, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Austria's Christian Wallner got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Leeds United FC booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marvin Harrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicklas Hultman hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Odin in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aaron Kvist in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabio Auer saved Austria from getting behind. In the 22nd match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonhard Maier to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Kvist in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabio Auer could save by the left post. Austria's Sandro Galishoff got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elliott Levander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Schneider in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandro Galishoff to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marvin Harrer during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marvin Harrer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Austria's Leonhard Maier got a free kick in the 68th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Sandro Galishoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elliott Levander. Leeds United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Galishoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink in the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Sonny Classon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Austria had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
