Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) KFC Vliegplein's Diederick Englebert started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Eddy Laporte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diederick Englebert succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 20th minute of play. Norbert Suetens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Frank Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Teo De Jonge. KFC Vliegplein's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo De Jonge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes KFC Vliegplein's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Octaaf Bosmans managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Vliegplein's supporters rose to their feet, but Octaaf Bosmans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diederick Englebert might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diederick Englebert ran back to his position shaking his head. Eddy Laporte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 63 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Diederick Englebert made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute Diederick Englebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Norbert Suetens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. KFC Vliegplein's Diederick Englebert got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Schiele during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Diederick Englebert made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Germany's Linus Schwerner managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Piet Van Bostraeten in the 92 minute of the game. Diederick Englebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KFC Vliegplein's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
