Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gláuber Ramalho in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Leão de Judá booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Germany's Ulrich Stein nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gadiel Gadov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gadiel Gadov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 13th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Caetano De Bruyne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Soeiro in the 27th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho de Brito in the 37th minute of play. Jonathan Rodas's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Rodas helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Rodas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Janik Vogt fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Janik Vogt a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. When Bernardinho de Brito came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Leão de Judá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardinho de Brito couldn't finish the play. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gadiel Gadov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bernardinho de Brito fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardinho de Brito got free with Tommy Kahn in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Bernardinho de Brito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Leão de Judá's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
