Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Silvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 21st minute of play. Felipe Barreto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Arendarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 29 minutes into the game, when Ulises Bernad put in a rough tackle. C. A. Potrero's Mariano Orlo was substituted for Mauro Abarca. 28 minutes into the game, one of C. A. Potrero:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. C. A. Potrero:s Emil Arendarski showed great skill when he stopped Felipe Barreto:s penalty. A hard shot 37 in the game by Karol Borowski from a close distance when the talented Wilson Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Portugal's players were relieved. Karol Borowski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Wilson Amorim 37 minutes into the match. Faustino Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Arendarski having to interfere. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Karol Borowski made the kick off in the second half. Celestino Sidro made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Raimundo Santos immediately put the ball in play. After 62 minutes of play, C. A. Potrero's Karol Borowski made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! C. A. Potrero made a substitution. Mateusz Marajda replaced Karol Borowski. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Arendarski having to make a save. Emil Arendarski made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Felipe Barreto took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Emil Arendarski to make any attempt to save it. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. A collision led to C. A. Potrero getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Celestino Sidro hit a great ball. With a little luck, C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski got control of the ball when Felipinho Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipinho Amorim might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Arendarski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipinho Amorim ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute, Felipinho Amorim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. C. A. Potrero's Baldomero Abad was substituted for Mauro Silvino. Emil Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Potrero.
