Brais Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Dupuy in the 26th minute of play. Brais Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 39th minute of the match. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrico Almodovar in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, RED STAR FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villiam Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After having played for 88 minutes, Camille Baume managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. France's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camille Baume was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, RED STAR FC.'s Romulo Vizcarreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
