Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eric Fisher started the match with the kick off. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Fisher in the 3rd minute. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Eric Fisher tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donnie Ragland in the 9th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Kuhn during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Black Sails FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ignacio Kuhn hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Malte Schiele fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Malte Schiele a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Craig Velazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 29th minute of play. Terence Thurston made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jimmy Barnard however managed to control. A sloppy throw-in by Terence Thurston in the 37th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Adrian Dreifuss. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 38th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Black Sails FC's Donnie Ragland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donnie Ragland in the 62nd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Black Sails FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Terence Thurston hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Craig Velazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Matthew Byrd sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Fisher in the 88th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Black Sails FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donnie Ragland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
