Roderick Griffin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Robbie Le Van got a free kick in the 17th minute. Donovan Heath's late challenge caught a ForestFire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donovan Heath helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Donovan Heath hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ForestFire's Emery Garner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donovan Heath in the 34th minute of play. Donovan Heath kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Donovan Heath received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Emery Garner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Robbie Le Van made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of ForestFire booed when C. A. Pipon Pipon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanh Goldberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, ForestFire's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Freddie Henderson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Donovan Heath came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emery Garner could save by the left post. Donovan Heath scored 0-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emery Garner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kelly Hopson kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thanh Goldberg got free with Emery Garner in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. Pipon Pipon's Donovan Heath slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emery Garner. That made the score 0-2 after 84 minutes of play. The C. A. Pipon Pipon players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
