Real Mente Burro's supporters rose to their feet, but George Apelqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a left leg Carlos Fernando Sabóia saved Real Mente Burro from getting behind. Boros Benedek kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Bogdan Mierzwa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Bogdan Mierzwa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Mente Burro's George Apelqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Simão took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Apelqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Carlos Fernando Sabóia made a huge save. With a little luck, Real Mente Burro's Carlos Fernando Sabóia got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Fernando Sabóia having to interfere. A collision led to Real Mente Burro getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Martin Bonnici hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, George Apelqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that George Apelqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Carlos Fernando Sabóia made a huge save. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Real Mente Burro had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
