Deodato Magliozzi got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zaccheo Andolina. 20 minutes into the match, Moriste en el balotaje's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Edgardo Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 21 minutes, Basilio Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moriste en el balotaje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Matxin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basilio Matxin scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Vittori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgardo Joseph showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Moriste en el balotaje's Basilio Matxin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Vittori. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. Angelito Di Maria charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 54th minute of the match, Zaccheo Andolina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgardo Joseph saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leonardo Gai made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Andres D'Alessandro. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 60th minute. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Eliseo Cutri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgardo Joseph quite easily take care of the ball. In the 61st minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Firmo in the 67th minute of play. Porziano Marchitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Joannes in the 77th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Edgardo Joseph in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andres D'Alessandro charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres D'Alessandro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raimundo Intxixu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Flavio Vittori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustacio Firmo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Zaccheo Andolina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Edgardo Joseph made a huge save. Italy were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Moriste en el balotaje's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Siricio Liotta took the corner. After 91 played minutes Moriste en el balotaje got a freekick which was hit by Marko Törnkvist. A collision led to Moriste en el balotaje getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Andres D'Alessandro hit a great ball. Edgardo Joseph was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Adriano Curto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adriano Curto really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Many of Italy's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Italy may have spent more time on the ball, but Moriste en el balotaje were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
