Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Toni Mauzer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Dorival Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ilija Skugor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ilija Skugor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorival Toledo in the 5th minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Dorival Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Croatia's Ilija Skugor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 6 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Domazet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bosak in the 11th minute of play forced C.A.Guimarães's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Dinko Stankovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, C.A.Guimarães's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Bosak came free, but Sílvio Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Croatia's Ilija Skugor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Croatia from getting a goal against them. In the 16th match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Domazet to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Damir Pongrac hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Dorival Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilija Skugor was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Dorival Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Croatia's Silvije Santek got a free kick in the 31st minute. Dorival Toledo scored 2-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ilija Skugor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Damir Pongrac notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of C.A.Guimarães's Sílvio Couto. Sílvio Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Dorival Toledo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, C.A.Guimarães was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Castro to maneuver through the defense. Toni Mauzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Sílvio Couto made a huge save. After a rather tough play, C.A.Guimarães's Marcelo Linares got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, 梅默树 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Croatia's Martin Bosak quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Martin Bosak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Couto having to interfere. Sílvio Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toni Mauzer in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sílvio Couto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Guimarães's Dorival Toledo. But to his dismay, Dorival Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 77th minute, Júlio Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Toni Mauzer in the 78th minute really tested Sílvio Couto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 80 minutes into the game, Toni Mauzer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Croatia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Guimarães the free kick. Toni Mauzer kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, C.A.Guimarães's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damir Pongrac. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Mauzer in the 85th minute of play forced C.A.Guimarães's goalkeeper Sílvio Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes C.A.Guimarães got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo França. Martin Bosak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Bianco Maranzano charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bianco Maranzano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 91 minutes into the game, one of C.A.Guimarães:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Croatia's Toni Mauzer got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sílvio Couto. C.A.Guimarães's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
