Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henry Tolsson kicked off to start the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Tolsson in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Balazs Lajos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carl Askelöf quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Billy Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Billy Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Arman Högström sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, Arman Högström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel, 1-0. In the 19thth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Balazs Lajos came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. Antal Valentin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Askelöf having to make a save. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Askelöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hegedus Henrik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Askelöf having to interfere. When Arman Högström fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boomerang Bombers's protests and gave Arman Högström a yellow card for diving instead. Arman Högström hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Askelöf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Carl Askelöf in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 51st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Askelöf didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Major Barna went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carl Askelöf was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Boomerang Bombers's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Carl Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Carl Askelöf in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Balazs Lajos notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf. Carl Askelöf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carl Askelöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carl Askelöf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carl Askelöf firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Högström in the 87th minute of the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Carl Askelöf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Boomerang Bombers's Rune Blom got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. If Åke Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
