Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Rasvan Cristescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilio Shepherd came out and tried to block the shot, but Rasvan Cristescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Wessel Bos managed to get in a good position for a shot. KN ZGORZELEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wessel Bos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carol Stinga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wessel Bos in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KN ZGORZELEC's Luis María Ogazón got a free kick in the 12th minute. Eugen Nita hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Emilio Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Olaru in the 35th minute of play forced KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emilio Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carol Stinga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Emilio Shepherd successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emilio Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 42nd minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Alex Serban took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Emilio Shepherd to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adam Olaru to make the kick off. Alex Serban struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Emilio Shepherd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romania. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Alex Serban put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emilio Shepherd. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. 68 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Stinga came free, but Emilio Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Wessel Bos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wessel Bos, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 74th minute of play forced KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emilio Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Carol Stinga managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emilio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Stinga in the 92nd minute of the match.
