Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Linus Schwerner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ribeiro Sales FC's Daniel Braga in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ribeiro Sales FC the free kick. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ribeiro Sales FC's Wagner Vaida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Frank Sachs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wagner Vaida was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ribeiro Sales FC's goalkeeper Wagner Vaida, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isen Gard in the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Ribeiro Sales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Wagner Vaida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ribeiro Sales FC's Ladislav Míchal in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Daniel Braga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ribeiro Sales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Braga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wagner Vaida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Daniel Braga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Wagner Vaida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 73rd minute of the match. When Daniel Braga came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Ribeiro Sales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Braga couldn't finish the play. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Braga in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Ribeiro Sales FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Joaquim Tasso hit a great ball. A hard shot 92 in the game by Frank Sachs from a close distance when the talented Wagner Vaida managed to make a qualified save. Ribeiro Sales FC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Ribeiro Sales FC's Jan-Arne Krogstad got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Ribeiro Sales FC a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Michel Gattuso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. 1-0.
