In the 84th match minute, Zielonka Gdansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Zawada to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Tomaszewski saved Zielonka Gdansk from getting behind. There was no doubt that Netherlands were the better team. Netherlands's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
